This engine was on a 2009 International Pro Star, that had approximately 180,000 miles. It was used for short hauls. Mileage before being equipped with THE CELL was 5.48 miles per gallon. This particular truck acheived a 41% increase in HP. The mileage increased to 6.82 miles per gallon.
This engine was on a 2001 Kenworth, that had approximately 600,000 miles. It was used for long distance hauling through mountainous terrain. Mileage before being equipped with THE CELL was 4.1 miles per gallon. This particular truck acheived a 25% increase in HP. The mileage increased to 6.1 miles per gallon.
This engine was on a 2001 Volvo, that had approximately 300,000 miles. It was used for long distance hauling through long flats and mountainous terrain. Mileage before being equipped with THE CELL was 6.1 miles per gallon. This particular truck acheived a 42% increase in HP. The mileage increased to 9.1 miles per gallon.

This engine was on a 2008 Peterbilt, that had approximately 30,000 miles. It was used for long distance hauling through mountainous terrain. Mileage before being equipped with THE CELL was 6.1 miles per gallon. This particular truck acheived a 48% increase in HP. The mileage increased to 8.5 miles per gallon.

TWO YEAR WARRANTY This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from date of purchase, provided, product was installed by an authorized or approved agent of THE CELL and used under normal operating procedures. If this product is deemed defective after examination by the manufacturer, the manufacturer, at its sole discretion, has the option of replacing the entire unit, or replacing necessary individual defective components with new and/or re-manufactured replacements, when proof of purchase is provided. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modifications to the original product. This warranty is invalid if the unit has been altered or disassembled. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, vehicle accidents, or improper installation.

In today's troubled economic and environmental climate, the transportation industry is faced with dual challenges - increasing the bottom line while satisfying new environmental regulations. Bob Potchen, president of THE CELL,INC developed a practical solution to both problems.
As a former trucker himself, Bob Potchen has a soft spot for this industry's needs. He assembled a team of free-thinking engineers to pool their years of commercial manufacturing knowledge to develop a user-friendly technology that enhanced reliability and efficiency.
Two and half years of R&D and multiple pending patents later, THE CELL unveiled The Cell.
Tool for the future
"The Cell is a stepping-stone into an energy independent future," says Bob Potchen. "Its unique design allows it to produce large quantities of higher quality HHO Gas a unique combination of hydrogen and oxygen created from water."
He adds, "The Cell eliminates overheating issues and maintains a continuous pressurized flow through the unit. This flow cleans the plate surfaces inside the cell, and maintains water levels, both of which have been issues in other companies designs."
What is HHO Gas?
HHO Gas functions as a catalyst, improving the combustion of hydrocarbon fuels.
It breaks apart long molecule chains that would otherwise go unburned and become toxic emissions. Although it takes energy to make HHO Gas from water, the result is greater overall efficiency especially in older, inefficient engines.
Even modern engines are unable to completely burn the long molecule chains in gasoline and diesel fuels. This is why catalytic converters were mandated, at a cost of reduced efficiency and performance.
Testing reveals outstanding results
Extensive dyno (dynamometer) tests have demonstrated that the addition of HHO Gas into the internal combustion engine produces a significant increase in engine power output and efficiency. The flame front speed is greatly increased and overall combustion is more complete.
"Instead of burning only 30 percent of the diesel injected into the engine, the addition of HHO Gas as a catalyst allows up to 80 percent of the fuel to be burned," says Bob Potchen. "That's a 50 percent increase in energy use and 50 percent or more decrease in available emissions."
Extensive emissions tests have also proven that The Cell allows older and worn engines to exceed the upcoming Tier 4 and 5 EPA emissions standards without having to re-power the vehicle with expensive new engines and/or expensive, complex and difficult to maintain emissions control systems.
The resulting gains in efficiency translate to incredible savings in fuel costs. The emissions reductions translate to more savings in oil change intervals and engine life, as well as enabling fleet owners to avoid costly engine upgrades to meet stricter emissions regulations.

Some of the real work results are nothing short of amazing. Diesel trucks, like Kenworth and Cummins, are experiencing, on average, a 20 percent improvement in gas mileage.
Prepped for production
It's not just the trucking industry that can take advantage of this new technology. Construction equipment, boats and hopefully soon, even homes can be fitted with The Cell for heating.
THE CELL is already getting a huge response from the trucking and marine industry, anxious to experience more miles per gallon, more power, and better acceleration, while lowering emissions. In response, THE CELL has geared up manufacturing, opening a second plant.
"The company has streamlined The Cell's design and manufacturing process, and is ready to meet the growing customer need," says Bob Potchen. "THE CELL will also be backing up their product with a solid two-year worldwide warranty program."
To date THE CELL has operated only through word of mouth. That message must be a good one because Bob Potchen says, "This company is bursting at the seams."
